Water testing samples process

1- Agents will submit their water testing inquiry to coordinator
2- Coordinator will take the inquiry and send to the lab ( Another process we're sat with the lab and corporate team ) 
3- Test results will be shared by coordinator according to the time line given for each test ( As per knowledge base).

Subject: Inspection Booking Process 
Any inspections other than the AC & Mold inspection should only be booked for 30 minutes,
unless the inspection will take place in a huge facility like a palace, for example.  

The travel time for inspectors will be:
Riyadh - 1 hour fixed 
Jeddah - 30 mins to an hour (where the agent should ask me or check the travel time required).
